Wong Yan Yun Kelsey 10, learning the piano at the age of 5. She wish to be a professional pianist to help raise fund for less fortunate children. In June 2014 she performed at the Singapore-Beijing SMART Recital. In August 2014 she participated in the Asia Arts Festival and won Silver Award. In November 2014, she got Gold Certificate when she performed at 3rd Arts NOVA Festival and perform at Gala Concert in December 14. She perform at the prize winners’ concert in early February 2015 at the Library @ Esplanade. In February 2015 she won the 1st prize ‘Grand Prize Virtuoso’ UK.
She performed her recital at Carnegie Hall in New York on July 2015 when she was awarded the first place winner of her American Protégé International Music Talent Competition Spring 2015. After back from New York, she participated in Asia Music Competition in July 15 at Taiwan and manage to get bronze in her category. In August 2015, she represented Park View Primary School at the East Zone Music Competition 2015 and won 2nd place Silver award. Her recent recital were at Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, NUS on November 2016 and Kawai Recital Hall, Singapore on December 2016. She had also performed in National Gallery Singapore: Resonates with Steinway Rising Star Series in Feb 2017 and participated in Bach in the Subway in Mar 2017.
