Dixin Wan began her piano studies at age 5 in China and has studied piano and theory for 11 years. After emigrating to the U. S. with her family, she continued her studies in New York and currently is studying with Roxane Lee. Dixin's awards including a perfect score at the NYSSMA Piano Festival, acceptance to the Danbury Music Centre's Summer Chamber Music Intensive program in 2017. passing the ABRSM Level 8 Piano Exam this spring, thus completing all the student grades of the ABRSM piano program. Dixin also performs piano regularly in local community service concerts. In addition, she plays violin and has performed in both her school orchestra and chamber music groups. An award-winning artist, Dixin has garnered prizes internationally in both China and the United States.
