Jonah Lee
Jonah Lee is 7 years old and has played cello for three years. His teacher is John Kaboff in Vienna, Virginia. Jonah appreciates the rich sound of the cello, and enjoys performing. In 2016, Jonah won 1st place in the Young Musicians Inspiring Change Competition in Maryland, and won Honorable Mention in the Asian American Musicians Society Competition. In 2017, Jonah debuted at Carnegie Hall after he was chosen as a 2nd place winner in the Young Musicians Category of the American Protégé International Piano and Strings Competition. Jonah also won 2nd place in the Beginning Cello category of the Feder Memorial Strings Competition in Washington D.C. When he is not playing cello, Jonah likes to play basketball, swim and perform magic tricks.
