Seojin Yoo
Seojin Yoo is a student of Madeleine Golz at the JCC Thurnauer School of Music in Tenafly, NJ USA. She has been playing the cello for 4 years and previously studied the piano. She has performed at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall as a gold prize winner in National Young Musicians Showcase Competition 2015 and second prize winner in the American Protégé International Competition 2014. She has also performed in master classes for Julia Bruskin and Steven Doane in 2015, and Paul Watkins in 2016. She is a member of a chamber music ensemble coached by Alexander Rees. Her quintet performed at Carnegie Hall as a gold prize winner in AADGT International Young Gifted Musicians Festival 2016. Seojin is in 7th grade at Cresskill Middle School, and is the president of student council in CMS. "
