Ryan Rao, from Boca Raton Florida, is a six grade student at Bak Middle School of the Arts. He has been learning piano since the age of six. He is currently a student of Dr. Raisa Isaacs. In 2015, Ryan received the Florida State level Royal Conservatory Music Development Program Certificate of Excellence in Performance assessment. In 2016, Ryan won the Third Prize in ENKOR International Music Competition (Piano). He is also among the Winners of the American Protégé International Competition of Romantic Music 2016 and performed at the Carnegie Hall in December 2016. In 2017, he won the Second Prize in Great Composers - Best Rachmaninoff Performance Competition.
