„Rêver” String Quartet
„Rêver” String Quartet is an ensemble from Lithuania formed of young talented musicians. 3 members of the group - Ulijona Pugačiukaitė (violin), Konrad Levicki (violin) and Marius Sakavičius (cello) started playing together in 2012 when they were studying at M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts in Vilnius. Back then they became winners of 2 International chamber music competitions – „In Corpore“ (Talinn, 2013) and „Spring Sonata“ (Vilnius, 2014). After school they decided to continue string quartet studies at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre with Professor Augustinas Vasiliauskas. In 2015 Kristina Anusevičiūtė joined the quartet and quickly took a strong violist position in the ensemble. A recent achievement of „Rêver” Quartet is a 2nd prize in XVI Chamber Music Competition of Lithuanian Composers (Vilnius, 2016) and also the quartet participated in Harmos chamber music festival in Portugal (Porto, 2017). All members of the ensemble are winners of international and national competitions.
