Levicki-Lankutytė Duo

Musicians of Levicki -Lankutytė duo finished National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Art in Vilnius in 2014, both being winners of various local and international competitions. The same year they joined the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre and started to play together in Professor Julius Andrejevas’ chamber ensemble class. Since then the duo became very active. They have already won 3 competitions: 15th International competition „Music without limits” Chamber ensembles - Grand prix (2015), 5th International Copetition of students and schoolchildren’s chamber ensembles and accompanists – 2nd prize (2015),Chamber music competition of Lithuanian composers – 1st prize (2015). Also, the duo attended masterclasses with known musicians such as Ch. Altenburger and P. Lundberg and A. Kouyoumdjian. In March of 2016 the ensemble participated at the International Chamber Music Festival “HARMOS” in Portugal. From the end of 2016 the duo is studying with Assoc.prof, PhD Indrė Baikštytė.
