Andrew Moore, Bass-Baritone from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, is currently working for his BM in Education at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. This April, Andrew will star in Rutgers production of Venus and Adonis, as the lead role of Adonis. His previous credits include Mozart’s Cosi fan Tutte (Guglielmo), Ravel’s L’enfant et les sortileges (L’Arbre), Poulenc’s Dialouge of the Carmelites (1st Officer) and Bernstein’s Candide (Ensemble). Andrew also performed as a soloist with the Rutgers University Glee Club in their European tour in May of 2015, under the direction of Patrick Gardner. In addition, he will also be attending the ACDA festival this coming march. Andrew has been selected the Maazel Castleton Festival in 2015 and has attended the IVAI institute in NYC under the direction of Joan Dornemann last summer. Andrew currently studies with Eduardo Chama and hopes to pursue a masters degree in Vocal Performance after he graduates.
