Hanami Froom, age 10, started to learn violin at age of 2. She studies with Carol Sindell. Hanami is a member of the Portland Youth Philharmonic in Portland Oregon USA. Hanami won the MetroArts Young Artists Debut! Concerto Competition in 2016 and the Jewish Community Orchestra Competition in 2016. Hanami was featured in All Classical Portland, KXL, KOIN, and KGW.
Hanami speaks Japanese, and loves reading and writing. Her parents are Masami and Rob Froom.
