Zander Majors, 13, is from Bixby, Oklahoma. He lives half of the time in Kansas City, Missouri to study piano with Dr. Marina Sultanova. He began his piano studies at age 10. He also currently studies conducting and composition. At the beginning of 2016, he started studying with Dr. Sultanova at the Young Artists Music Academy. Many academy students have received top prizes in competitions.
In the fall of 2016, Zander received highest honors at the Kansas City Music Teachers Association Fall Festival. He also received 1st prize in the Kansas Music Teachers Association State Honors Audition.
