Baritone, Colin Geaghan holds a degree in music performance from the University of New Hampshire. He has studied under David Ripley, Sharon Baker, and Sanford Sylvan. Geaghan has performed with ensembles such as Capella Nova Mundi, UNH opera workshop, UNH chamber singers, and UNH concert choir. Geaghan won second place in the 2015 New Hampshire NATS vocal competition, was a finalist in the 2016 Portsmouth Symphony Young and Emerging Artists competition, and recently won the 2016 UNH Concerto competition.
Aside from performing, Geaghan is also pursuing a career in Arts Administration. He worked with the Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood for the 2015 and 2016 summer seasons. Geaghan currently resides in Boston and works at New England Conservatory as a Student Services Coordinator.
