Cailin Gwaltney
Cailin Gwaltney is a junior studying vocal performance with a dance minor at Old Dominion University. As homeschool student, Cailin had the opportunity to participate in several musical theatre and choral productions in the Hampton Roads area, such as Regent University’s theatre camp. She recorded in August 2014 with Dr. Michael John Trotta in his album “Mystical Voices.” In 2015, Cailin placed first in districts and second in the regionals NATS competition. Last year, she performed in the Shakespeare Festival hosted at the ODU Goode Theater, and she performed her junior vocal recital. Looking to the future, she would like to pursue sacred music and the art of worship ministry, contemporary music, and dance, in addition to teaching voice privately.
