Sara Nemiro
Sara Nemiro began studying violin at four years old. Sara has performed with the UCLA Philharmonia Orchestra, The Colburn School’s Youth Orchestra and String Orchestra, and was concertmaster of Flintridge Preparatory School’s orchestra, conducted by Jon Murray. Sara has a passion for chamber music, and was a member of a chamber group, coached by Aimee Kreston, Andrew Picken and Andrew Cook, that was selected as a quarterfinalist in The Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition. Sara is deeply grateful to and grew immensely under the tutelage of her previous violin teachers, Aimee Kreston and Michael McLean; and is excited about reaching new areas of growth under her current violin teachers, Professor Guillaume Sutre and Dr. Ambroise Aubrun.
