Emma Silberstein, from Delray Beach, Florida, is a Senior at Northwestern University studying flute performance. John Thorne is her instructor, and over the past two years, she has performed with many of the large Northwestern ensembles. Emma has played in master classes for Robert Langevin, Jennifer Gunn, Emmanuel Pahud, and others, and attended Domaine Forget and the Orford Arts Centre. Outside of her studies, Emma enjoys seeing musicals and spending time with friends and family.
