Christina Li, 10 years old from Overland Park, KS, has been playing piano for five years. She is currently under Ying-Yu Emily Yeh’s tutelage. Christina started taking part in piano competitions since 2014. Her awards including the Kansas Music Teachers Association Honors Auditions Piano Duet competition first place in 2014 and second place in 2015; the Kansas City Music Teachers Association Fall Festival the Highest Honors with Special Merit in 2015, and the National Piano Guild Audition Founder’s Plaque Award in 2016. She has also performed in countless recitals.
