Mikheil Kandashvili is winner of the Contest of Georgia, as well as of numerous national competitions.Mikheil participates in the Georgian-German Young Artists' Festival “Tbilisi 2003” in Tbilisi, and later in Schwaigern, Germany, in October 2004.In April 2007, he is invited once again to the Young Artists' Festival, this time in Heilbronn and Stuttgart, Germany.He is in 2009 laureate of the Tbilisi music festival “Reach Your Dream”. He takes part in 2010 at the festival dedicated to Franz Schubert and Frederic Chopin.
He studies since autumn 2012 in the class of Prof. Tamara Atschba at the Vienna Prayner Konservatorium Fur Musik und Dramatische Kunst.

2009 – Tbilisi music Festival Competition „Reach your dream“ – Laureate title
for the best performing art; 2011 – International Festival of Young Musicians and Performers, Yerevan – Laureate;2012 – graduated from E. Mikeladze Tbilisi Central Music School; 2012 – Academy of Art Classical Music Competition, Tbilisi – 3rd Prize.
