Marissa Young has performed in several musical theatre productions including Sunnyvale Community Players’ production of “The Addams Family” as “Madame Sissone” and the “Moon Dancer,” Peninsula Youth Theatre's production of Cinderella as “Cinderella’s Mom,” Seussical as “Bird Girl,” Annie as the “Star to Be” and “Bonnie Boylan”, and Oliver! as “Oliver.”
She has also been in several musical theatre competitions, being awarded as Finalist in the 2017 Hal Leonard National Vocal Competition, Semi-Finalist in the 2016 Hal Leonard National Vocal Competition, 2nd place in the NATS 2016 Annual Singing Festival, and 1st place in the NATS 2015 Annual Singing Festival.
