Daniel is a current member of San Francisco Youth Symphony which is under the umbrella of distinguished San Francisco Symphony in California, enjoying playing orchestra music with Bay Area Greater San Francisco's finest young musicians.
He started playing flute since he was 11, then joined a local youth symphony as a principal at the age of 12. He toured to Eastern Europe with San Jose Youth Symphony and played at the prestigious Smetana Hall in Prague in 2012. He also participated in Santa Cruz University of California Orchestra, San Francisco Youth Choir Festival Youth Orchestra, and Los Gatos Ballet ""Nut Cracker"" pit orchestra. He won many local and regional competitions such as California Long Beach University Youth Flute Competition and San Francisco Flute Festival Youth Competition. He is planning to continue his flute performance study at the conservatory.
