AMANDA ANDERSON is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music Vocal Arts degree through the USC Thornton School of Music. Before attending USC Amanda went to the Orange County School of the Arts and was honored to sing at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion as a Grand Prize Finalist in the Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards.
Amanda can be heard in the Fantastic Sams national radio spot campaign “Fantastic for All” as “The Opera Singer” and was featured in a seven minute PBS SoCal LAaRT segment illustrating the importance that music and the arts have played in her life as an individual with Aspergers Syndrome Disorder. During the past five years she has placed first in the following competitions: NATS-LA, Musical Arts Club of Orange County, Professional Opera Singers Association (POSA) and the Rotary International Classical Voice Competition.
