Samuel Primack
Samuel Primack is an 12th grader at George Washington University High School, where he is a member of the National Honor Society. He has studied the flute for 7 years. His teacher is Isabelle Chapuis. He is a member of the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra , the Auburn Symphony, and the Folsom Symphony. Previously he was a member of the Sacramento Premier Youth Symphony for three years. He was the 2015 Concerto Competition winner for the Sacramento Youth Symphony and was the 2013 winner as well. He was a 2015 Grand Prix Winner of the Concert Festival International Concerto Competition. Samuel has performed with the Kostroma Symphony in Russia at the age of 14. He was a Concerto Competition winner for the Fresno Philharmonic Symphony in 2014, American Protégé in 2013 and 2015, American Fine Arts in 2012 and 2014, and Central Valley Youth Symphony in 2012. He was also a 1st place winner in the International Flute competition with American Protégé in 2013. He was a Grand Prix Winner for the Concert Festival Competition in 2015. Samuel also plays the double bass and the piano.
