Eugenie S. Lim

Eugenie Lim is 9 year old girl who loves practicing and playing violin. Eugenie began her musical education on piano at age four and started violin lessons at age six. A year later at age seven, she began studying violin with Sonja Foster, a violin pedagogue known across USA. She has played on many recitals held by her teacher, Ms. Sonja throughout the year. She won 1st place in the 2015 GMTA (Georgia Music Teacher Association) Conference Recitalist string audition performed at Agnes Scott College in Nov. 2015 and won 3rd place American Protégé international strings competition 2016 and will perform at Carnegie Hall on May 2016. Eugenie enjoys playing piano, writing, and drawing.
